Return Process & Policy
- You must request an exchange/return within 24 hours of receiving your item(s).
- The item(s) must arrive at our warehouse within 7 days of receiving.
- For exchange/return due to a change of mind, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels, and you are required to arrange the return shipment yourself.
- Please note that if the returned item is randomly selected for customs inspection upon arrival in Korea, any resulting customs duties or inspection fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Returns that do not follow our policy will not be accepted and will therefore be sent back to the customer.
- The item(s) should be in their original condition — not washed or altered in any way.
- Refunds will be issued back if the tag, label, or barcode has been removed or damaged.
- Refunds will be issued back via your original payment method.
- Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 working days to clear the funds back into your account.
- Please email us a photo of the return postage invoice as proof of shipping.
